The admission officer is responsible for lead generation through a variety of marketing activities resulting in counseling and enrolling the students and Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data by conducting Above the Line (ATL) & Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities such as- seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots within a specified territory.

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream with at least 05 years experience in any Educational Institution with a responsibility of Admission Counselling, coaching and / or Faculty.

Candidates having an urge to learn, contribute to the role and grow with us are preferred.TheJobdescriptionfor the said position isas follows:1)Analysing the profile of the students and matching the requirements of the Universities.2)Counselling & guiding students and parents for overseas education and related admission process including details of test preps.3)Onboarding the prospective candidates for admission services and enrolling them to the appropriate test prep training.4)Handling outbound and inbound enquiry calls, walk-in enquiries, generating referral enquiries.5)Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.6)At times, Participate in education fairs, Liaison with foreign University delegates and Assisting students with their Application & Visa process.7)Support the marketing team during Seminar sessions and events in Institutions.

Admissions Marketing and Alumni Relations ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :1. Ability to work on a registration deadline, strive towards achieving the desired college-wide applications & admission enrolment goals for the various engineering programs offered at UG/ PG levels programs.2. Utilize the admission management portal to reach out to the students viz. message, E-mail, phone calls to communicate with prospective students in a timely manner, providing superior student service.3. Work with prospective students to garner completed application files prior to enrolment and efforts to increase retention.4. Develop and update a database of teachers, administrators, and contact people with whom workshops and information sessions can be booked.5. Ability to work independently, and to arrange information sessions, set appointments, and promote the Programs represent the brand effectively.6. Work with the students to improve their campus life experience.7. Develop branded merchandise for SVCE and communicate among the student groups, clubs, and departments.8. Identify the alumni achievements and recognize them in social media handles.9. Mobilizing alumni for various alumni engagement activities.10. Support the reunions and networking meetings.SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Excellent presentation skills. Well-versed with MS products like Excel, Power point, Word etc. Knowledge of CRM and digital marketing is an added advantage. Result and target-oriented approach. Motivation and persuasion. Willingness to travel within the state and outside the state, if required.
