Administration Communication Liaisoning Manager Problem Solving Quality Initiatives
Serve as the primary point of administration, liaising and implementation of the activities of the Campus, teaching the students of LMDC. Cordinating SVKs operation in North eastern states.Administrative Key Responsibilities:1) Develop, Implement, oversee and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day admin operations through improvements and facilities in the campus in consultation with reporting officer & senior leaders. Identify outdated practices and develop continual-improvement processes for the organization.2) Responsible for maintenance of the campus security with cleanliness and beautification.3) Facilitate network with other Departments of the Organization for effective programme convergence and optimum outputs.4) Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the activities of personnel involved in safety of the Centre/campus.5) Provide training, assistance and support to the staff in problem solving, planning, management, development and execution of stated goals and objectives. Oversee regulations, legal compliance and monitoring policies like POSH/POCSO.6) Events Co-ordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events as directed by the Leadership. Hospitality in the campus. 7) Budget, procure and distribute items required for the maintenance of campus in consultation with the RO/Management.8) Assist the reporting officer in managing budgets, track expenses, and process invoices. Coordinated work with the finance department to ensure financial compliance. Ensure timely reports. 9) Assist organization & leadership in planning, implementation of social, cultural, events, and recreational activities as instructed by the leaders. 10) Act as liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between team members, departments, customers and suppliers. 11) Ensure proper facilities to like safe drinking water, electricity, toilets/rest rooms, parking, etc. in consultation with the Management12) Cost Saving Measures: Work proactively in maximizing returns from immovable assets and reducing office expenses, including fuel, electricity, stationery, etc. 13) Purchase of office equipments or moveable asset for the campus and LMDC in consultation and coordination with the Purchase department staff member.14) Purchase of office stationery by obtaining requirement, negotiating price, maintaining quality, ensuring timely delivery and arranging distribution of stationery. 15) Prepare the Weekly & Monthly Check list, report & rectify all issues in timely manner.16) Time sheet management of staff at LMDC and maintenance of campus garden and record maintenance of workers under his supervision.17) Maintenance of office equipment like photocopy machine, printers, etc., including arranging for AMC in coordination with the Purchase and Finance department if necessary. 18) Identify and recommend strategies to save costs, misuse of funds and good stewardship principles throughout the organization. Monitor and ensure there is no financial misappropriation or loss to the organization through poor management inefficiencies.
