As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. You will also be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with information or assistance as needed. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional phone manner. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be comfortable using the internet for research and operations.

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
