Cafe Lead (Manager) & ICO (Shift Incharge)- Exp : 2 + years Experience in the QSR as a Shift in charge, Cafe Incharge, CafeManager, Store Manager and any F&B Experience.- Qualification : Minimum 12th or Diploma 1. Food Preparation:Assembling food items according to customer orders, ensuring consistency and quality.Cooking food in the oven, monitoring cooking times, and ensuring proper temperature.Customer Service:Taking customer orders online.Answering customer inquiries, making recommendations, and processing transactions.Ensuring a positive customer experience by being friendly, attentive, and helpful.Cleaning and Maintenance:Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas (if applicable).Washing dishes, utensils, and pizza-making tools.Ensuring that food safety standards and hygiene practices are followed.Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels of ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.Assisting in receiving and organizing deliveries.Notifying supervisors when inventory is low or when items need to be restocked.Teamwork:Collaborating with other cafe members to ensure fast and efficient service.Supporting team leaders or supervisors in fulfilling tasks and meeting deadlines.Cash Handling (if applicable):Processing payments from customers accurately and managing the cash register.Handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.Food Safety Compliance:Adhering to all food safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.Ensuring that all food products are prepared according to health and safety standards.
