Cafe Lead (Manager) & ICO (Shift Incharge)

- Exp : 2 + years Experience in the QSR as a Shift in charge, Cafe Incharge, CafeManager, Store Manager and any F&B Experience.

- Qualification : Minimum 12th or Diploma

Cafe Partner :

- Age : 18 to 30

- Qualification : 10

- Skills : English (Speak & Read)

- Salary : Inhand 16k for first 4 months then 1,000 increment then after 10 months 2,000 increment based on Online Assessment.

- Other Benefits : EPF, ESI + monthly Incentive.

- Work : Food Preparing and Packing, Store Maintenance

- Shift timing : Weekly Rotation shift / No Permanent Shift.

For Male Candidates : 7am - 4pm, 10am -7pm, 1pm - 10pm, 4pm- 2pm, 10pm - 7am

For Female Candidates : Day Shift between 7am to till 8pm. (9hrs)

- Each cafe required 2 Female and 4 Male.

- Female - Only day shift 7am to 8pm maximum timings.

- Salary date is the last day of the month

- 10 days training will be given at the time of joining & all positions will be under onroll.
