Mentor trainees on problem-solving, code quality, and team collaboration,ensuring they meet industry expectations. Evaluate trainees performance, productivity, and contribution during training providing inputs that help MNC partners assess readiness for onboarding. Inspire, motivate, and nurture confidence among learners from non-privilegededucational backgrounds. Conduct regular progress reviews, performance discussions, and technicalassessments. Collaborate closely with internal teams and MNC project leads to align learningoutcomes with live project needs. Continuously evolve the curriculum to reflect emerging tools, technologies, and agilepractices

Lead all facility operations across DevX centers pan-India, ensuring consistent delivery of topnotch services across soft and hard service domains. Drive the upkeep, hygiene, and maintenance of all locationscovering housekeeping, MEP, HVAC, security, and overall facility health. Implement robust preventive and breakdown maintenance processes to ensure uninterrupted operations. Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking across all facility functions. Plan and manage annual facility budgets, monthly projections, and cost control across all centers. Establish and enforce facility SOPs, audit checklists, and operational benchmarks for service delivery. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, statutory, environmental, and safety norms, including air quality, emergency systems, and fire safety. Support and drive DevXs ISO certification journeycurrently covering several centerswith a goal of 100% ISO-compliant operations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams during center setup and ensure facility readiness for handover and launch. Lead and mentor a team of facility executives/managers while fostering a proactive, ownership-driven culture. Drive training and development initiatives for the facility team, ensuring continuous upskilling, SOP adherence, and audit preparedness across all centers. Use facility management software to maintain logs, manage workflows, automate checklists, and generate reports.

Key Responsibilities (Must-Have) Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django / Flask /FastAPI). Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js (JavaScript orTypeScript). Design and integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL between frontend and backend. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry bestpractices. Create and maintain unit and integration tests using PyTest, Jest, or similar tools. Design and manage relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Optimize database queries and data models for performance. Use Git for version control, collaborate via GitHub/GitLab. Work with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).Utilize Docker forcontainerization and local development environments.Preferred Responsibilities (Nice to Have / Growth Areas) Contribute to system architecture and design discussions. Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2). Apply security best practices for frontend and backend (XSS, CSRF, CORS). Use advanced state management in React (Redux, Zustand, etc). Work with design tools like Figma, and implement UI using Tailwind CSS orcomponent libraries. Set up and maintain NGINX servers, reverse proxying, and SSL configurations. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Integrate monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, Prometheus, ELK stack). Consume and build integrations with third-party APIs and services. Optimize frontend performance for fast and responsive user experiences.
