 Create and track a personalized learning roadmap for each trainee to ensure holistic

technical and professional development.

 Guide trainees through live software projects in collaboration with top MNC teams,

simulating real client environments and coding standards.

 Mentor trainees on problem-solving, code quality, and team collaboration,

ensuring they meet industry expectations.

 Evaluate trainees’ performance, productivity, and contribution during training —

providing inputs that help MNC partners assess readiness for onboarding.

 Inspire, motivate, and nurture confidence among learners from non-privileged

educational backgrounds.

 Conduct regular progress reviews, performance discussions, and technical

assessments.

 Collaborate closely with internal teams and MNC project leads to align learning

outcomes with live project needs.

 Continuously evolve the curriculum to reflect emerging tools, technologies, and agile

practices
