we are looking for a detail-oriented material coordinator to manage material planning, sourcing, tracking, and inventory for ff&e projects. the ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, warehouse, design, production, and sales teams to ensure on-time material availability and support business development initiatives.

review boqs & project schedules, plan and source materials

maintain inventory, trackers & procurement schedules

coordinate with vendors, warehouse & project teams

support sales team in client proposals and material presentations

ensure accurate documentation & compliance

🎓 requirements

bachelor’s in interior/textile design or related field

2–3 years experience in material coordination/logistics (preferably ff&e)

proficient in erp tools (., microsoft dynamics)

fluent in english; extra languages are an advantage
