Role Description Candidate with Inbound and outbound voice experience in disbursal operations with banking and lending industry. Explaining and convincing the customers about the benefits and offers related to the financial products like Personal Loans & Insurance. Understanding the needs of customer and helping the customer to complete the loan process and in collecting required information. Convincing the customers on submitting financial documents & statements involved procuring Personal Loans in a timely manner. Ability to make customers understand about various Repayment setup (NACH/E-NACH) methods & guide them on the same. Convincing the customers on submitting KYC documents & any additional documents as required by Credit/Risk functions. Pitching & cross selling of Insurance products to customers by explaining the benefits and processes involved in insurance activation. Verifying all submitted documents and details and guiding the customers throughout theprocess. Following up with prospects and engaging them multiple times to fulfill their financial needs Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing businessneeds. Ability to maintain composure in critical situations & deliver target-oriented resultsAttributes we are looking for:1+ years of work experience in tele sales and relationship manager role with financial service based company. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate & convince effectively to a wide range of Customer base. Comfortable with flexible shifts. Ability to converse in multi-language English & Hindi is a must Time management, Decision making ability, professionalism, Negotiation and convincing skills. Focused on Quality & Target driven approach. Fintech Startup experience is an added advantage. Knowledge on Loan Process and Products. Knowledge on insurance products & processes

Role Description Responsible for collecting KYC documents from Partners/Customers and updating loan account status records. Connecting with Partners/Customers to get the right documents in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. Responsible for verification of the documents received form the Partners/Customers. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Take accountability to learn and understand about the company products inside and out. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Requirements: Effective communication, Interpersonal skills and confident speaking skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and deal with partners/customers. Comfortable with multitask, prioritization and time management. Comfortable working with targets. Adhering to regulatory requirements.Qualifications/Eligibility: Experience working with telephonic document collection team with minimum of one year in financial services or loan operations Knowing Multiple languages will be a added advantage Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, etc Experience with loans systems & CRM such as leads square, Freshdesk, Livechat Etc
