Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings Preparation and Certification of RA bills to Government clients Identification and preparation of extra items Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material. Correspondence with clients regarding variation items, R A bills, Quality related documents Cash flow preparation Contract knowledge Well versed with Maharashtra State Schedule Rates (SSR) Taking Joint measurements and this should be self-explanatory Preparing all billing records and marinating it Proper entering of bills without errors Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.

Maintaining the Site Accounts.Maintaining the Site Expenses .Petty Cash Handling.Prepared Journal Vouchers / Entries.Prepared Bank Reconciliation Statement.Prepared Daily Weekly Reports As Required .

Monitoring of construction activities as per company policies. To ensure implementation of quality policy & procedure. To supervise daily logs of construction& inspection activities & compare reports. Planning of material, manpower&machinery requirement to achieve milestones. Preparing Snag list for possession flat. Maintaining the record on ERP & hand on ERP. Ensure the quality of material and workmanship.
