Site Engineer

● Monitoring of construction activities as per company policies.

● To ensure implementation of quality policy & procedure.

● To supervise daily logs of construction & inspection activities&comparere report.

● Providing technical guidance to contractors personals.

● Ensure the quality of material and workmanship.

● Execution of whole work at site like . Brick work, Plastering, Flooring, Water Proofing, Gypsum Plastering, fixing of hand rails, painting.

● Quality checking of materials through respective field and laboratory tests.

● To Ensure the Quality of the product used in the construction.

● Maintain the Daily and Monthly reports of working.

● To supervise daily logs of construction& inspection activities & compare reports.

● Planning of material, manpower&machinery requirement to achieve milestones.

● Preparing Snag list for possession flat.

● Maintaining the record on ERP & hand on ERP.

● Ensure the quality of material and workmanship.
