● monitoring of construction activities as per company policies.

● to ensure implementation of quality policy & procedure.

● to supervise daily logs of construction & inspection activities&comparere report.

● providing technical guidance to contractors personals.

● ensure the quality of material and workmanship.

● execution of whole work at site like . brick work, plastering, flooring, water proofing, gypsum plastering, fixing of hand rails, painting.

● quality checking of materials through respective field and laboratory tests.

● to ensure the quality of the product used in the construction.

● maintain the daily and monthly reports of working.

● to supervise daily logs of construction& inspection activities & compare reports.

● planning of material, manpower&machinery requirement to achieve milestones.

● preparing snag list for possession flat.

● maintaining the record on erp & hand on erp.

● ensure the quality of material and workmanship.
