job role:

. responsible for study of boq (bill of quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings

• prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings

• preparation and certification of ra bills to government clients

• identification and preparation of extra items

• preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

• correspondence with clients regarding variation items, r a bills, quality related documents

• cash flow preparation

• contract knowledge

• well versed with maharashtra state schedule rates (ssr)

• taking joint measurements and this should be self-explanatory

• preparing all billing records and marinating it

• proper entering of bills without errors

• prepare preliminary estimates at proposal stages.
