Job Role:

. Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings

Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings

Preparation and Certification of RA bills to Government clients

Identification and preparation of extra items

Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

Correspondence with clients regarding variation items, R A bills, Quality related documents

Cash flow preparation

Contract knowledge

Well versed with Maharashtra State Schedule Rates (SSR)

Taking Joint measurements and this should be self-explanatory

Preparing all billing records and marinating it

Proper entering of bills without errors

Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
