CNC Programmer cum Operator jobdescriptionA CNC Operator is a professional who sets up and maintains equipment in aprocess. They ensure systems run smoothly with little input from anyoneelse on site. CNC Operators must have an eye for detail and strong workingknowledge of their machines capabilities. In addition, theyre responsible ifsomething goes wrong while running a processing plant.CNC Operator Responsibilities.1. Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting,drilling, grinding, milling etc.2. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result byreading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.3. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines canperform the correct function4. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines5. Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according tospecifications6. Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts7. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make anynecessary adjustments to produce a better result8. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them withrequirements to determine if the process has been completed properly9. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality10. Cleaning machine Lubricate grease daily on parts.11. Should know to how to get better quality with precision dimensionalmeasurement.12. Good knowledge of planning for required raw material to complete givenspecific task.13. Remove & segregate scrap clean machine & handover scrap to store weeklybasis.14. Maintain Daily production report.15. Takes inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available,anticipated stock, and placing order.16. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulation.

Key Responsibilities Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Utilizing virtual /in person meetings to build relationships with new customers. Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.Skill Set Required H.S.C / Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Proven sales experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
