Job Description*Manage Daily Service and Back of the House kitchen operations.Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionRegularly review product quality and research new vendorsOrganize and supervise shiftsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesTrain new and current employees Purchase of raw materials and managing inventory.Good Package and good work environment.
