Candidate should have Bench sales experience and must have managed bench sales teams. Experienced as Bench sales Manager or lead, Sr. Sales Executive with skills in maintaining business relationship with Clients, Vendors, Employers and Consultants.Creative, proactive and self-directed professional with the ability to interact with all levels of management.Strong technical recruiting and staffing expertise with a through management and business background provides for building solid business partner relationships.Uses strategic skill set combined with extensive tactical field experience to drive significant revenue growth and profitability.Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team with an ability to deliver within short deadlines.Extensively marketing our own H1-B/EAD/OPT/GC/H4 EAD/ CPT consultants who are on bench.Ability to rapidly absorb new concepts and apply them effectively; innovative problem-solving skills.Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.Quick learner with the ability to work in a challenging environment and delivering quality work.Should have strong network of vendors and clients. A consultant 3 - 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process.Ability to develop long-lasting vendor relationships.Must have a well maintained tier-1 vendor list.Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source C2C requirements.Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.Job description:Maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients and present Sunlight's hotlist of candidates to them for potential project placements. Responsible for rate negotiations, RTR and RC's, Submissions, Interview and Feedback follow ups and closure of consultants. Should maintain Tier-1 Vendor list. Assist consultants in submissions, background verification process, interview preparation and coordination with internal teams for a successful placement. Stay in constant touch with the consultants to keep a track of everything.
