A consultant 3 - 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process.Ability to develop long-lasting vendor relationships.Must have a well maintained tier-1 vendor list.Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source C2C requirements.Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.Job description:Maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients and present Sunlight's hotlist of candidates to them for potential project placements.
