Hiring For CNC Turning Operator

Set up CNC turning machines for production

Load raw materials and secure them properly

Install, align, and adjust cutting tools and inserts

Operate CNC machines to produce parts as per specifications

Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

Understand tolerances, dimensions, and surface finish requirements

Load and run CNC programs

Make minor program edits or offset adjustments

Monitor machining process and detect any issues

Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications

Identify defects and take corrective actions

Replace worn or damaged tools

Maintain tool offsets and tool life records

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

Check coolant levels and ensure proper chip removal

Follow safety procedures and wear PPE

Keep the workspace clean and organized

Maintain production and inspection records

Report machine problems or quality issues to supervisors
