Service EngineerJob Description:The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Strategi€™s machines at customer sites. The role involves close interaction with clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionDesired Profile:Familiarity with industrial automation tools and equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.Willingness to travel to customer sites within the regionResponsibilities:Installation, commission, and testing of automation machines at customer sitesTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.Educate customers on proper machine usage, maintenance procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality.Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the engineering and design teams to help improve machine design and reliabilityDocument service activities, including reports and technical documentation.Experience: 0- 2 years, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hosur & BangaloreFunctional Area: After SalesQualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or ITI passed
