Service Engineer

Job Description:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Strategis machines at customer sites. The role involves close interaction with clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Desired Profile:

Familiarity with industrial automation tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region

Responsibilities:

Installation, commission, and testing of automation machines at customer sites

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.

Educate customers on proper machine usage, maintenance procedures, and best practices

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality.

Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the engineering and design teams to help improve machine design and reliability

Document service activities, including reports and technical documentation.

Experience: 0- 2 years, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hosur & Bangalore

Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or ITI passed
