Roles &Responsibilities :1) Analyzing them in real time and suggesting the solution to achieve saving of electrical energy . 2) Monitoring of all electrical assets and suggesting the solution to save the energy at one or the other way. 4) Case studies of all the parameters of the system deeply at analyzing period and then suggesting solution for saving in energy5) Ensure the work quality/ specification as per drawings given by Architect/ Client. 6) Switchgear, Cable & Lighting Design as per requirement. 7) Estimation of material required at site. 8) Attending weekly site meetings and prepare reports with photos, showing site progress. 9) Inspect and check on health and safety at site. 10) Site Management and Work Measurement 11) Manage quality and good workmanship practice. 12) Physically close out the Project 13) Vendor bills certification and measurement certification of various site.14)Preparing BOQ and submitting quotation related to MEP activities for pitching new projects 15) Electrical and HVAC load calculation for new pitches incase requiredExp : 5-7 yrEducation - BE ElectricalLocation Lower Parel , Mumbai

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design conceptualization, detailing conceptualization Design pitching with guiding all presentation along with 3d visualizing team and making PowerPoint presentation to client Heading design team and guiding team for design development, material, products Carry on with responsibility of design for delivering project Lead the team towards achieving quality in design drawings and working drawings Continuously update team with new software in Interior design Knowledge, skills and attributes: Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills. Attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality. Detailed knowledge of industry standards and expertise in making / correcting detailed site & drawings Handle all aspects of client management Work with costing team to update BOQs Work with cross-functional teams like procurement, project management, leadership team and costing team to seamlessly deliver the project.Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Architect OR Interior Designer (senior as team leader)Experience required: Minimum 8 years and above of working with reputed design firms preferably for corporate office interiors

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS UNDER:Responsible for managing 2-3 sitesPlanning & scheduling activities for teams of respective sites.Maintaining proper work ethics on sites under his preview and reviewing teams performances and appraising management.Attending weekly meetings on all sites under his review.Ensuring clients are appraised with Data in a timely manner to prevent any escalations.Strongly coordinating with procurement team to ensure the Pos are issued in a timely manner.Close coordination with site team to ensure there is smooth progress on site.Coordinating with vendors and ensuring the work is executed in quality and within the given timeframe.Timely escalation to senior management for preventing any issues that can delay the site.Submitting weekly reports for all the sites under his review.Preparing MIS reports and sharing with Management for reeving site statuses every week/fortnight.Ensuring cost control of vendors and preventing any cost escalations.Keeping a strong hold on billing process so that vendors dont do wrong billing.Client Billing incase required will be routed through him.EXPERIENCE : At least 7-8 years of project managementREQUISITE : Knowledge of MS office is must and preferable required knowing of basic AutoCAD
