Looking For Senior Manager Project Management

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS UNDER:

-

Responsible for managing 2-3 sites

-

Planning & scheduling activities for teams of respective sites.

-

Maintaining proper work ethics on sites under his preview and reviewing teams performances and appraising management.

-

Attending weekly meetings on all sites under his review.

-

Ensuring clients are appraised with Data in a timely manner to prevent any escalations.

-

Strongly coordinating with procurement team to ensure the Pos are issued in a timely manner.

-

Close coordination with site team to ensure there is smooth progress on site.

-

Coordinating with vendors and ensuring the work is executed in quality and within the given timeframe.

-

Timely escalation to senior management for preventing any issues that can delay the site.

-

Submitting weekly reports for all the sites under his review.

-

Preparing MIS reports and sharing with Management for reeving site statuses every week/fortnight.

-

Ensuring cost control of vendors and preventing any cost escalations.

-

Keeping a strong hold on billing process so that vendors don-t do wrong billing.

-

Client Billing incase required will be routed through him.

EXPERIENCE : At least 7-8 years of project management

REQUISITE : Knowledge of MS office is must and preferable required knowing of basic AutoCAD
