We are supported by the likes of Microsoft, Google, Autodesk, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Designing, programming, developing dynamic portals and offline applications, using WordPress - Customizing plugins and scripts using core PHP and HTML on MVC protocols - Managing interactive front-end and back-end power tools. - Regularly identifying, acquiring, and installing libraries, plugins, themes, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Education and Knowledge: - Minimum graduation, preferably in IT - Must have studied WordPress and MySQL formally - Should understand written English accurately - For internship a vigorous understanding of the working of WordPress is expected. Experience: - Prior experience of working on WordPress in a professional environment for at least one year is necessary - Must be organized and methodical - Candidates for Employment must be experienced. Internship candidates must be brilliant multi-taskers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary: 1. Totality of architectural work including design and drafting [from PSE to working drawings], 3D virtual/physical modelling. 2. Drawings and models simplification, Site Supervision, liaising between contractors, Structural Engineer, Consulting Architect and MEP Consultant. 3. Design and monitoring of Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical and Data Cabling, Railings, Doors and Windows, Furniture Designing and Interior Design 4. Landscaping, Environmental Harnessing and waste recycling, Superstructure, Site grooming. Secondary: 1. Research, documentation, organization, procedure digitization, Writing and Social Media promotion, Incubation especially for rural innovation. 2. General management of the office and guiding the Architectural Interns. 3. HRM, Site Promotion, Graphics, Cost Estimation, Budgeting and Pricing. 4. Science Promotion, Event Management REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge and Education: 1. Brilliant B. Archs from respectable colleges or possessing good CGPA and above average in written English, MS Office and GK. 2. Proficient at AutoCAD and SketchUp / Revit / Lumion and MS Office. Experience: - Work Experience of at least one year, post Education, leading a small team, in a professionally managed firm with Site monitoring and multi-tasking. Miscellaneous: 1. Must have left-secular and scientific temper. 2. Highly organized, very systematic, methodical, possessing robust common sense and self-respect. 3. Must bring a powered, loaded Laptop. 4.
