responsibilities:

primary:

- executing structural and pse drawings on site

- staying at site [matar] 24x7 (only male candidates)

- supervising construction, interpreting drawings, and liaising between contractors, structural engineer, resident and consulting architect and mep consultant

- managing inventory, planning day schedules, reporting and documentation

- landscaping, environmental harnessing, waste and water disposal and recycling

secondary:

- general management as trainee officer

- desire to specialize in some of these: hr, event management, field social work, social poster design/ graphics, science promotion, content, sharepoint, etc.

- promotion of sprat’s services such as rationality, gujarati literacy, and events in and around matar.

knowledge and education:

- brilliant / s [civil] from respectable colleges or possessing good cgpa. or very bright civil diploma holders with an additional year’s relevant experience.

- functional knowledge/experience of construction machinery and tools.

- functional spoken english and hindi and basic knowledge of ms office.

experience:

- prior on-site experience of at least one year on a residential/ commercial site.

miscellaneous:

- site engineers must bring a 2-wheeler.

- original, out of the box, pragmatic thinkers.
