Assisting team in updating the status of every applicant on ZOHO platformRequired Experience and Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point. Good documentation skills. Eye for detailing. Good inter-personal and communication skills. Fluency in conversational English and Hindi. Good written skills in English. About the Role:Drive social media marketing end-to-end for SAGE, TSCFM, UnLtd- Planning monthly social media calendar - Preparing content pipeline on a one-week advance basis- Design creatives and write appropriate captions for posting- Regular posting on all brand accounts of the Group- Tracking performance of each post and suggesting new ideas for better post engagement- Monthly reporting- Track and ensure employee engagement for brand postsEnsure followers across platforms for each of the Group brands witness an increase of 10% monthly.Manage blogs for websiteGenerate content for - Life@TSCFM- Quarterly employee newsletter- Social media marketingManage Quora responsesScript writing for testimonialsCover internal events

Mobilisation of youth and graduates to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs Conduct community mapping and profiling exercise to identify key stakeholders and NGOs to partner with us. Organise events/Sessions/workshop for communities with parents, underprivileged graduates, NGOs and other stakeholders to build awareness in the community. Conduct follow-ups on call with children, parents, NGOs and other stakeholders. Maintain the data of mobilization, planning, stakeholder forms, MOUs, Minutes of meetings, Individual meet forms, Photographs of Events, Community Events reports, NGO Profile forms

About the Role: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to reach target audiences for CSR-funded courses. Collaborate with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies to identify and connect with potential participants. Manage a team of Mobilisers or volunteers responsible for outreach and enrollment activities. Conduct Seminars and workshops to raise awareness about the courses. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community. Track and analyze program data to measure the effectiveness of mobilization efforts. Prepare reports on program performance and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with all CSR program guidelines and regulations

About the Role: Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.
