TEAM LEAD- CSR

About the Role:

 Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to reach target audiences for CSR-funded courses.

 Collaborate with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies to identify and connect with potential participants.

 Manage a team of Mobilisers or volunteers responsible for outreach and enrollment activities.

 Conduct Seminars and workshops to raise awareness about the courses.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community.

 Track and analyze program data to measure the effectiveness of mobilization efforts.

 Prepare reports on program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

 Ensure compliance with all CSR program guidelines and regulations
