• coordinating with the applicants, schedule the calls for interviews and meetings
• helping in all the background processes while application process is on which
including helping in sending out emailers, emails, social media posts and follow ups
• working closely with program lead and helping in all the background operations of

• assisting team in updating the status of every applicant on zoho platform
required experience and skills:
• excellent working knowledge of ms office – word, excel and power point.
• good documentation skills.
• eye for detailing.
• good inter-personal and communication skills.
• fluency in conversational english and hindi.
• good written skills in english.
• working knowledge about social media will be an added advantage.
