Regular visit to community and local bodies targeting the right candidates as per the projects mandates. Visit to a minimum 10 different villages/locations/SHGs/NGOs in a month seeking assistance for mobilization of candidates. Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities. Counsel the Candidates/Parents so that they enrol themselves in the job and Continue until the norms of the organisation. Follow up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled. Collect regular feedback from the Trainers/Seniors on the performance of the Mobilized Candidates. Counsel the irregular and under performance candidates on monthly basis. Update the interested potential Candidates who are willing to join the Training in the Mobilization Drive at the end of every day. Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of day.

To ensure proper lesson plan developed To ensure proper theoretical and practical knowledge is imparted to candidates. Support candidates in achieving the sustainable livelihood skills. Ability to coordinate and work well with other staff members. Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and processes. Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for practical training. Create monthly and weekly lessons plan. Maintain high standards of quality in training delivery and assessment. To ensure placement opportunities are searched and candidates are placed after the training. To look after overall documentation and reporting sections of the organization. Active participation in candidates mobilization drives and ensuring the enrolment of legitimate candidates by following due procedure. Follow up with the placed candidates. Address the issues of the candidates during the training period, post-training and in placements. Assist in supervising tracking of placed candidates (post placement tracking).

JOB DESCRIPTION Perform the requisite nursing activities for admission, discharge, and transfer of the patient. To render nursing care during physiotherapy, ambulation and rehabilitation of patients as required. Administration of medications (as prescribed), injections, infusions, transfusions, an application of surgical dressing etc. to the patient Render pre-operative, post-operative intensive care to the patients in the area. Observing, recording and reporting of all tests, diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and vital signs e.g. TPR and Blood pressure. She will be responsible for communication with the patients attendants/relatives about the patients clinical conditions in consultation with the treating doctor whenever needed. Carryout technical procedures such as Naso-gastric intubation, gastric savage and lavage, oxygen therapy, surgical dressing and irrigation, Enema, catheterization hot and cold application, suction etc. To ensure proper coordination with other disciplines in case of admission, discharge, transfer, shifting to Cath Lab/OT/Critical Care Area/Wards. Assist doctors in performing medical and emergency procedures. To ensure that the equipment and accessories to be used on patient are checked before usage. To ensure the personal property are handed over to the relative once patient get admitted. To demonstrate skills in patient assessment, doctors round, medication administration, documentation and equipment handling. To ensure that the privacy of patient is maintained during the entire course of treatment, procedure, investigation and during transport. To ensure all the information regarding patient to patient rights, treatment information and patient safety is not compromised for each and every admitted patient. To effectively interface with patients/attendants/physicians/other service users with high level of responsiveness. To take nursing decisions according to the condition of the patient. Ensure
