• To ensure proper lesson plan developed
• To ensure proper theoretical and practical knowledge is imparted to candidates.
• Support candidates in achieving the sustainable livelihood skills.
• Ability to coordinate and work well with other staff members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and processes.
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for practical training.
• Create monthly and weekly lessons plan.
• Maintain high standards of quality in training delivery and assessment.
• To ensure placement opportunities are searched and candidates are placed after the training.
• To look after overall documentation and reporting sections of the organization.
• Active participation in candidates mobilization drives and ensuring the enrolment of legitimate candidates by following due procedure.
• Follow up with the placed candidates.
• Address the issues of the candidates during the training period, post-training and in placements.
• Assist in supervising tracking of placed candidates (post placement tracking).
