The Car Showroom Supervisor oversees daily showroom operations, ensures an exceptional customer experience, manages the sales team on the floor, and supports achievement of sales targets. This role involves coordinating display vehicles, supervising staff performance, handling customer queries, and ensuring showroom standards are maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities -1. Showroom Operations Management1. Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.2. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.3. Manage vehicle display arrangement, branding materials, and promotional setups.4. Ensure test drive vehicles are maintained and available.2. Customer Experience1.
