1. showroom operations management
1. ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
2. oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
3. manage vehicle display arrangement, branding materials, and promotional setups.
4. ensure test drive vehicles are maintained and available.
2. customer experience
1. greet and assist customers, ensuring a smooth sales process.
2. address and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly.
3. guide customers through product information, financing options, and after-sales services.
4. ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
3. sales coordination
1. monitor daily sales activity and support sales executives in achieving targets.
2. track showroom footfall and convert leads through follow-up.
3. coordinate test drives, negotiations, and booking formalities.
4. assist with closing deals when required.
4. team supervision & training
1. supervise showroom sales staff and assign daily duties.
2. provide guidance, performance feedback, and motivation to the team.
3. conduct product knowledge sessions and customer handling training.

5. reporting & administration
1. maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
