Profile demands ability to grasp concepts like strategic planning, buying behavior, leadership qualities and organizational behavior and implement them as per the need.

Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion Good experience in Active Directory with Windows Server and Operating System. Able to solve user problems and document the solutions. Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc. Advance troubleshooting skills and resolution Ticket management with escalation and service level reporting. Root Cause Analysis. LAN, WAN, WIFI, Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate Firewall) VM Ware Installation and Management Cloud server management (oracle, NxtGen, G-suite and O365 admin Portal) Backup management NAS management AV Server management IT procurement, internet, MPLS Open-source OS Ticket management System management Centralized hosting management Backup management cloud and local Inventory Management
