- Good experience in Active Directory with Windows Server and Operating System.
- Able to solve user problems and document the solutions.
- Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
- Advance troubleshooting skills and resolution
- Ticket management with escalation and service level reporting.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- LAN, WAN, WIFI, Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate Firewall)
- VM Ware Installation and Management
