We are building an elite foundational team of A-Players who are resourceful, reliable, and essential to our success.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Associate to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities. This is not a traditional administrative role; you will be the central hub of coordination for our team and clients. You will manage data, coordinate with vendors, schedule critical meetings, and provide essential support to all business verticals. Your role is to bring order to our fast-paced environment and enable the rest of the team to focus on their core functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the company's lead and client databases (CRM/Excel), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Coordinate schedules and book meetings for the Founder and the Franchise Development team.Act as a key point of contact for vendors and sub-agencies (e.g., recruitment agency, social media sub-agency, printers), ensuring timely communication and delivery.Assist in the onboarding of new clients and franchisees by managing documentation and checklists.Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.Handle basic office administration tasks.Conduct market and client research to support the sales and marketing teams.Provide administrative support for all three business verticals as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role.Exceptional organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.A proactive, can-do attitude. You will be responsible for producing a high volume of high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of brand identity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to turn strategic concepts into compelling visuals. You will be designing for everything from social media posts and digital ads to franchise brochures and newspaper advertorials.Key Responsibilities:Design a wide range of creative assets, including static social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, GIFs, and basic video edits/Reels.Develop visuals for print media, such as flyers, brochures, and newspaper advertorials.Ensure all designs are aligned with the specific brand guidelines and narrative of each client.Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Founder to understand campaign objectives and creative briefs.Create designs primarily in Gujarati, with the ability to work with English and bilingual text.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Maintain an organized library of brand assets for Rivavya LLP and its clients.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and social media visuals.Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must).Experience in basic video editing for social media (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) is a significant advantage.A strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to different brand identities and aesthetics.Comfortable working with Gujarati fonts and creating bilingual designs.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Cultural Fit: A creative and collaborative team player who is efficient, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for developing and executing narrative-driven social media strategies for our diverse clients (from local doctors and salons to growing franchise brands). This role requires a unique blend of creative copywriting, strategic thinking, client management, and hands-on ad campaign management. You will be the primary architect of our clients' online voice and a key driver of their local market success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their unique brand narrative.Write compelling, engaging, and grammatically perfect copy in Gujarati and English for social media posts, ads, and short-form video scripts.Set up, manage, and optimize hyperlocal paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to achieve client goals (e.g., drive walk-ins, generate leads).Manage and optimize client Google My Business (GMB) profiles, including posts and review management.Collaborate with our in-house Graphic Designer to create high-quality, on-brand visual content.Serve as a key point of contact for SMM clients, conducting onboarding workshops, understanding their needs, and presenting monthly performance reports.Analyze social media KPIs, derive actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:2-4+ years of proven experience in social media management.Exceptional Gujarati copywriting skill is a non-negotiable requirement.Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is essential.A strong understanding of content strategy and how to adapt a brand's voice for different platforms and audiences.Experience with social media analytics and reporting.Good client-facing communication and presentation skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond simple metrics and focus on a client's core business objectives.Cultural Fit: A creative problem-solver, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
