We are building an elite foundational team of A-Players who are resourceful, reliable, and essential to our success.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Associate to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities. This is not a traditional administrative role; you will be the central hub of coordination for our team and clients. You will manage data, coordinate with vendors, schedule critical meetings, and provide essential support to all business verticals. Your role is to bring order to our fast-paced environment and enable the rest of the team to focus on their core functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the company's lead and client databases (CRM/Excel), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Coordinate schedules and book meetings for the Founder and the Franchise Development team.Act as a key point of contact for vendors and sub-agencies (e.g., recruitment agency, social media sub-agency, printers), ensuring timely communication and delivery.Assist in the onboarding of new clients and franchisees by managing documentation and checklists.Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.Handle basic office administration tasks.Conduct market and client research to support the sales and marketing teams.Provide administrative support for all three business verticals as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role.Exceptional organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.A proactive, can-do attitude. You will be responsible for producing a high volume of high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of brand identity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to turn strategic concepts into compelling visuals. You will be responsible for developing and executing narrative-driven social media strategies for our diverse clients (from local doctors and salons to growing franchise brands). This role requires a unique blend of creative copywriting, strategic thinking, client management, and hands-on ad campaign management.
