Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi). Candidates voice and accent should be clear. Should be a Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma / HSC/Graduate. Fresher or Minimum 6 months experience of BPO or Customer Support (Preferred). Rotational shift.

Make outbound calls to customers and explain our products/services. Follow scripts and pre-determined sales processes to convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software. Continuously update product knowledge to provide the best customer experience. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Receive inbound calls from customers and assist them in resolving their queries or issues. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. Communicate with customers professionally and courteously. Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume customers to accomplish organic growth. Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and build relationships to uncover prospect needs. Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.Achieve weekly and monthly goals. Be a self-starter and proactive; identify and act on opportunities for improvement. Ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional. Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts. Completing input numbers on a daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility. To research and analyze the customers requirements and present the best solutions. Keep abreast latest offerings and best practices. Research key customer wants and needs
