1) Sales Target AchievementIndividual target achievement on: Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team. Vehicle Sales: Sell vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales. Insurance Sales: Offer and sell insurance products to customers through Insurance department, providing customer with protection and peace of mind. In-House Finance: Provide financing options to customers, working closely with our finance team to facilitate deals. Accessories Sales: Sell accessories and upgrades to customers, enhancing their vehicle ownership experience by coordinating with accessories dept. U Trust: - Ensure exchange penetration of used car as per set target. Value-Added Services (VAS): Offer VAS such as extended warranties, Smile Pack, Coating and other services to customers. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicles, features, and benefits. Delivery of vehicles: Preparation of File with updating of File Status Report for vehicle registration and Inform Team Leader for vehicle delivery scheduling and get delivery done. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Attend various TKM/dealership events organized by company. Reporting to Team Leader on Daily activities2) Enquiry Management Effective use of Enquiry Management Tool ICROP, CTDMS. Attending Enquires, Test Drives and Order Booking3) Maintaining Good Relationship with customers Vehicle Delivery Sales Process Post Sales follow up4) Adherence to SOPAdherence to SOP will reflect in the following areas: Customer Satisfaction Improvement in Sales Efficiency Effective Sales Process Target Achievement
