Generate leads & prepare Customer enquiry Profile Card.

Achieve retail targets for vehicle & other products (finance , insurance , accessories etc)

Demonstration of vehicle to customer . Test Drive.

Offer Test Drive, other products, fill commitment checklist after confirmation from customer.

Completion of customer order booking formalities (Customer Docket)

Arrange for field test drive to customers.

Coordinate with concern department to ensure the readiness of vehicle as per delivery date & time agreed

Explanation of documents to customer during new vehicle delivery.

Take Customer feedback on delivery.

Attend all product training as per schedule

Attend Morning, evening, weekly & monthly review meetings.
