Lead Conversion: Assist in converting leads from multiple sources into prospective students for courses offered by reputable universities. Reporting Issues: Document and report student-related issues to the relevant authorities to ensure timely resolution. Listening and Support: Actively listen to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns in a non-judgmental manner. Conflict Mediation: Facilitate conflict resolution between students and university staff, ensuring that students' academic goals remain uninterrupted. Application Assistance: Guide candidates through the online admission form process, ensuring all necessary information is accurately provided. CRM and Telephony Management: Utilize telephony and CRM systems for effective communication and record-keeping. MIS Maintenance: Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for tracking student queries, updating the status of actions taken, and ensuring data accuracy. Ticketing System Management: Log calls, raise tickets, and follow up with various departments to ensure timely closure of issues. Additional Responsibilities: Be open to taking on other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall operations.

Coordinate with students for admission, re-admission, and other activities. Generating references from the students. Follow ups and closing the enquiry into admissions.
