Ensuring that all the B2C orders received from our website, marketplaces, etc.are dispatched within 24-48 hours.2. Monitoring the delivery TAT of the orders that have been breached andescalating to the respective courier partner.3. Speak with customers for all those orders that have been marked RTO in the last24-48 hours to verify the RTO reasoning.4. Work closely with customer support and experience team to address customerescalations related to delivery concerns - late delivery, on hold delivery, reversepick ups, etc.5. Maintain a tracker for all things shipping - delivery status, RTO, cost per order,etc.6. Study the NDR reports everyday and instruct the action to be taken.7.
