Performance Marketing Executive -
Responsibilities
Drive digital marketing efficiencies using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with the content and design team.
Set up & optimize ads on Facebook, Google, Whatsapp, Klaviyo and other platforms.
Manage all digital campaigns, optimize and analyse performance.
Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on content affinity of relevant segmented audiences.
Coordinate with various vendors for different services.
Monitoring and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact.
Create well formatted reports.
Understand & set up custom event codes for marketing campaigns.
Must Have
1-2 years work experience using Meta ads manager and Google ads.
Good communication skills are a must.
An eye for design.
Growth mindset.
Keen to explore and implement the latest trends and tools.
Ability to adhere to task timelines.
Love make up and beauty.
