Connect with US vendors periodically and operate on improving relationship and sales. Ensure that vendor connects tracked using tickets are completed on time. Maintaining the notes of conversations and ensuring data base is updated including tickets and trackers. Coordinating with internal teams ( Catalog Team, Customer Service Team and Operations Team) to ensure data is updated and information is passed on about vendors. Performance reporting of assigned vendors on sales revenue.

OJ Commerce is a privately held, profitable company headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA with a 100% dedicated back office in Chennai. The work hours are flexible with predominantly India business hours with some overlap with US Eastern Time business hours based on need.Experience: Total 2-4 years experience in Phone supportSkill Sets: Position is responsible for resolving customer issues via inbound calls. Handling Customer Queries Respond to any claims submitted by customers. Respond to Customer Emails Facilitate Support Tickets During this process, analyzing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures. Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers. Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis. Will be required to work with agents in other countries through remote sessions.Desirable Skills: Candidates with experience in ecommerce / online retail Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external) Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly.
