Candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Candidate must be comfortable handling daily inbound & outbound customer calls.
Candidate must understand or be willing to learn Ayurveda concepts and product benefits.
Candidate must be able to guide customers politely and build trust over the phone.
Candidate must have the ability to identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Candidate must be confident in explaining product usage, ingredients, and results.
Candidate must maintain proper call logs, follow-up lists, and daily reports.
Candidate must be motivated to achieve consultation and sales conversion targets.
Candidate must be punctual, disciplined, and professional in voice and behaviour.
Candidate must be willing to work full-time from office and adapt to workflow.
