The Role-Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information-Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames & milestones-Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives-Work closely with the business development and accounts team-Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management-Make sure that clients needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve-Help client and internal team prepare budgets -Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis-Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders-Use available tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures-Execute all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports-Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests and audits.-Customer Account Management.-Regular reporting What we are looking for-A Civil Engineer by qualification-Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.-Proven work experience as a Civil Project Coordinator or similar role from conception to delivery-An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans-Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management-Strong client-facing and teamwork skills-Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control-Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.-Working knowledge of MS Office -Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel-Good written and verbal communication skills-Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail-Customer-centric attitude-Ability to learn quickly and take direction-Proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies-Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partners
