Job Description

the role

-supervising the progress of all construction activities

-ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

-work closely with the business development and accounts team

-make sure that clients’ needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve

-monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis

-act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all concerned

-maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance

-reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.

-regular reporting

-relevant experience of construction & renovation work.

-strong working knowledge of civil, interior design, electrical & plumbing drawings.
