Project Supervisor (Civil)

The Role

-Supervising the progress of all construction activities

-Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

-Work closely with the business development and accounts team

-Make sure that clients’ needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve

-Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis

-Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all concerned

-Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance

-Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.

-Regular reporting

What we are looking for

-Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.

-Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.

-Customer-centric attitude

-Ability to learn quickly and take direction

-Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partner-
