-coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
-break projects into doable actions and set time-frames & milestones
-liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
-work closely with the business development and accounts team
-assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
-make sure that clients’ needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve
-help client and internal team prepare budgets
-monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis
-act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
-use available tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
-execute all appropriate legal paperwork (., contracts and terms of agreement)
-create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
-ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests and audits.

what we are looking for
-a civil engineer by qualification
-relevant experience of construction & renovation work.
-proven work experience as a civil project coordinator or similar role from conception to delivery
-an ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
-solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
-strong client-facing and teamwork skills
-familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
-strong working knowledge of civil, interior design, electrical & plumbing drawings.
-working knowledge of ms office
-intermediate proficiency in microsoft excel
-good written and verbal communication skills
-strong quantitative skills, attention to detail
-customer-centric attitude
-ability to learn quickly and take direction
-proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies
-willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partners
