Job Summary
Our user-centric-design driven team is looking for an executive who can be at service to our
customer. The After-Sales Service Technician role is a responsibility of ensuring the challenges
faced by our customer in their daily life gets resolved promptly.
Job Responsibility
1. Travel to customer locations within your region and provide door step repair solutions
2. Issue Identification, validation and resolution selection from standard solutions.
3. Manage the spare parts and inventory for your location and coordinate with various
stakeholders for timely procurement and return of spare parts
4. Organize, conduct and provide services at service camps within your region.
5. Daily issue closure and reporting to management on a daily basis
