Interview For Service Technician || I.T.I. - Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance on equipment: As a service technician, you will be responsible for conducting regular check-ups and maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues: You will need to identify the root cause of any technical problems that arise and find solutions to fix them efficiently.

3. Repair faulty equipment: Once the issue has been identified, you will be expected to repair the faulty equipment using the appropriate tools and techniques.

4. Test equipment after repairs: After completing the repairs, you must thoroughly test the equipment to ensure it is working correctly before returning it to the customer.

5. Provide excellent customer service: You will need to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering any questions they may have and keeping them informed about the status of their equipment.
