The Civil Product Specialist MIVAN Technology will be responsible for driving sales, technical support, and client engagement for MIVAN (Aluminum Formwork) systems. The role involves close coordination with sales, design, site execution teams, and clients to ensure effective adoption of MIVAN technology in residential projects.

The Sales Manager Apartments & Villa Projects is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, handling client relationships, and coordinating with marketing and CRM teams. The role focuses on end-to-end sales execution from lead generation to sales closure.

Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.- Supervise all construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.2. Manage and lead a team of construction professionals and laborers.- Provide guidance and support to team members, delegating tasks and ensuring proper coordination.3. Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.- Create detailed plans for construction projects, including cost estimates and deadlines.4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.- Communicate effectively with external parties to ensure smooth project execution.5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.- Implement safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2. Proven experience in construction project management, with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with external stakeholders.4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.5.
