Desired work experience : 6months-5 years of ExperienceQualification: 10TH/ITI/DiplomaGender: Male Basic understanding of reading a drawing Basic understanding of knowing the measurement and usage of measuringinstruments/devices Follow the stage drawing, control plan, poke yoke check sheet, Basic understanding of the Codes (M and G) that are required to be used duringthe operations Loading and offloading of component from the machine Check for the gauges availability for the running part During operations check for the tools if in good conditions in order to avoidaccidents/damages to the tool, machine and the running component Basic understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to beachieved for the shift Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking,hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done Awareness of GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols, Maintaining of production log / reports Control of process rejections Inform setter/supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the eventof machine problems

Should be an expert in programming of 3Axis, 4 th Axis, and 5 th Axis machines Must know process engineering, special fixtures designs and special processknowledge like plating etc Must know Cycle fixing and Special tool design Expert in MasterCam 2018 and above Must know GD&T & Inspection Methods Must know Tool Setup Sheet Ensure programmed validation has been carried-out Ensure Current version / configuration of software available. For critical components 3d model is created or requested from the EngineeringDepartment Once the model is created perform the dry run to ensure the program Inspect the Part, if necessary model & program to be Modified Machine the part on a soft material Machine on the Actual Material Implementing & maintaining the IMS ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 related documented information requirements.Proficient in English, good communication skills and can correspond independentlySkills Required:Should be able to operate multi task*Desired work experience (incomplete years):8-15 years of Experience*Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE Mechanical*Gender: Male*Compensation Offered As per Industry standard*Location of posting Bangalore
