Should be an expert in programming of 3Axis, 4 th Axis, and 5 th Axis machines

ï‚· Must know process engineering, special fixtures designs and special process

knowledge like plating etc

ï‚· Must know Cycle fixing and Special tool design

ï‚· Expert in MasterCam 2018 and above

ï‚· Must know GD&T & Inspection Methods

ï‚· Must know Tool Setup Sheet

ï‚· Ensure programmed validation has been carried-out

ï‚· Ensure Current version / configuration of software available.

ï‚· For critical components 3d model is created or requested from the Engineering

Department

ï‚· Once the model is created perform the dry run to ensure the program

ï‚· Inspect the Part, if necessary model & program to be Modified

ï‚· Machine the part on a soft material

ï‚· Machine on the Actual Material

ï‚· Implementing & maintaining the IMS ISO 9001:2015, ISO :2015 & ISO

:2018 related documented information requirements.

Proficient in English, good communication skills and can correspond independently
