Quality Monitoring and Evaluation: - Regularly monitor the operations, products, or services in the field Sewing Machine Testing (Product Testing). Evaluate performance against established quality standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality procedures.2. Process Improvement:- Identify process defects, or non-conformities. Suggest improvements to enhance quality, reduce errors, and optimize productivity. Work with supervisors and team leaders to implement corrective actions.3. Training and Support:- Provide feedback to floor staff about quality issues and train them on best practices to improve performance.4. Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of quality assessments, audits, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for management detailing findings, and improvement plans.5. Customer Feedback:- Analyze customer feedback, complaints, or issues and integrate these insights into quality improvement initiatives. Work with customer service teams to resolve quality-related concerns quickly.Skills Required:- Attention to Detail:-Ability to spot inconsistencies, defects, or areas for improvement in products or services.
