Job Summary :

The role requires the QA to ensure that processes adhere to predefined standards, meet customer expectations, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Monitoring and Evaluation: -

€¢ Regularly monitor the operations, products, or services in the field

€¢ Evaluate performance against established quality standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

€¢ Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality procedures.

2. Process Improvement:-

€¢ Identify process defects, or non-conformities.

€¢ Suggest improvements to enhance quality, reduce errors, and optimize productivity.

€¢ Work with supervisors and team leaders to implement corrective actions.

3. Training and Support:-

€¢ Provide feedback to floor staff about quality issues and train them on best practices to improve performance.

4. Reporting and Documentation:-

€¢ Maintain accurate records of quality assessments, audits, and corrective actions.

€¢ Prepare reports for management detailing findings,and improvement plans.

5. Customer Feedback:-

€¢ Analyze customer feedback, complaints, or issues and integrate these insights into quality improvement initiatives.

€¢ Work with customer service teams to resolve quality-related concerns quickly.

Ability to spot inconsistencies, defects, or areas for improvement in products or services.
