We are looking to employ an experienced and certified yoga instructor with knowledge of the history, philosophy, and ethics of yoga. The yoga instructor is responsible for performing yoga poses in precise alignment, using the correct terminology, and safely guiding students through the flow of the practice. You should also be knowledgeable in the implementation of the chakra system and mindful meditation.To ensure success as a yoga instructor, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build relationships, as well as lead yoga sessions. Your passion for health and wellness, coupled with knowledge of the anatomy of the human body and physiology, will ensure success.Yoga Instructor Responsibilities:Conduct and lead yoga classes.Visually assess students to determine their level of practice.Assist students to achieve precise alignment.Demonstrate practice and techniques.Possess the ability to move energy through the body.Transform energy during the warm-up, build-up and cool-down stages.Motivate students with words of encouragement.Connect with students during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing.Offer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga.Engage in administrative duties.Yoga Instructor Requirements:Yoga certification with Yoga Alliance.Minimum of 200 hours of experience.CPR/First Aid certification.Education or experience in health and fitness is preferable.The art of teaching the Vinyasa Flow.Knowledge of the Chakra System, Pranayama, mantra and mindful meditation.Business and administration skills.Ability to work after-hours, on weekends and public holidays, as needed.

Handling inquiries:Responding to phone calls, emails, and online booking requests from potential guests. Processing bookings:Creating, modifying, and confirming reservations in the hotel's system. Managing cancellations and modifications:Handling changes to existing reservations, ensuring accuracy and communication with guests. Maintaining records:Keeping detailed and accurate records of all reservations, including guest information, dates, room types, and special requests. Ensuring compliance:Making sure reservations are booked according to hotel policies, availability, and revenue management strategies. Liaising with other departments:Coordinating with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrival and stay.

Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, optimizing website content, and analyzing campaign performance. Responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, plan and manage social media presence, and create inbound marketing plans.Campaign Execution: Run marketing campaigns across various platforms, manage budgets and timelines, and optimize campaigns for maximum customer focus.Content Creation and Management: Manage and improve online content, ensuring it's SEO-friendly and user-friendly, and create engaging content for social media.Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide reports to senior management.Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, developers, and sales teams, to ensure campaign alignment and success.Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:Assisting with Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs on hotel equipment and systems. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. Assisting with the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. Project Management:Supporting the planning and execution of engineering projects, such as renovations or upgrades. Coordinating with contractors and suppliers. Safety and Compliance:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Participating in fire safety drills and other emergency preparedness activities. Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and projects. Preparing reports on the status of engineering projects. Collaboration:Working closely with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to address maintenance requests. Collaborating with the engineering team to achieve common goals. Inventory Management:Tracking and managing inventory of spare parts and supplies. Assisting with ordering and receiving materials. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Relevant certifications in building maintenance or HVAC systems.Experience in hotel maintenance or a similar industry.Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with hotel operations and regulatory requirements.
