Assembly installation, commissioning service of equipment for processing of packaging of milk ice-cream and other dairy products. Diagnose repair mechanical, electrical and last rumination issue faced by customer. Throughout diagnosis of equipment supplied and provide recommend solution to resolve challenges. Provide training and explain Dos & Donts and telephonic support to our customers. Implements solutions to minimize/ eliminate downtime of machines. Ensure customer satisfaction with minimize zero wastage of product and packing material. Ensure minimum consumption of spaces and smooth functioning of machines. Assist Service Head and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections. Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all Machine manufacturing processes and appropriate schedules. Taking Trial before dispatching Machine. Give valuable suggestions for getting improvement in our machine Completing preventive maintenance and field modification. Follow all rules & regulation of company. Extensive Travelling Throughout India & Abroad

Assist with order processing including receiving, processing and reviewing customer transactions and service enquiries received by phone and mail/e-mail and rectifying customer problems within ability or passing problems to higher authority. Ensure Customer delight by timely actions. Preparing Spares & Machine Quotation Making Performa Invoice/ Tax Invoice for Machine & Spares Samples Follow up & coordination follow up with customer & stores for samples Coordinating with Accounts - Details of Payment Received Follow-up with customers Tapping new customers Record feedback after order delivery Making quarterly sales reports Making monthly Gantt Charts Customers query handling and conveying to relevant teams. Collaborating with different teams for progressive outcomes. Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Other sale & service related work. -If any. Attending Exhibitions & Conferences.
